What everyone pays at $750,000
Worked out from the Queensland Revenue Office’s rates, current to 31 July 2026. Concessions come with conditions, such as moving in within a year and, from 1 August 2026, Australian citizenship or permanent residency. Foreign buyer duty isn’t included. Treat it as a guide and confirm with your conveyancer.
