The handover in plain terms

Tell us you’d like to move and we handle the handover with your current agent, including the transfer of bond, keys and tenancy records. We introduce ourselves to your tenant, and nothing changes for them day to day.

There is no minimum term and no exit fee. If we are not doing a better job, you can walk away.
